Our payment terms are 50% payment with invoice and 50% on completion of the site, unless otherwise agreed.
Hosting Charges cover a 12 month period
Domain name registration charges cover a 24 month period
Our price includes the addition of 6 digital images per page. If you want more images there is a small charge per image. The images need to be in digital format (.gif or .jpg) in focus and properly exposed. We can scan images from photos or brochures or magazines. There is an extra charge for this per image.
Please note it is the responsibility of the client to ensure any images they provide comply with copyright requirements.
We test your site in Internet Explorer 7 & 8 and Firefox Web Browsers. These are the most popular web browsers but there are less widely used ones around. We can't guarantee how the site will look in these
We will register your site with the major search engines, but we cannot guarantee a high ranking position. This requires additional work which we can talk about if you're interested.
All estimates are valid for 6 months from the send date. Costs may have increased if the estimate is taken up after that date. In this case the client will be informed, and a new estimate created.

All hosting and domain invoices are sent out one month prior to their renewal date. IF no payment has been received by the renewal date the website may be taken offline until payment is received. The provider may also charge an additional reconnection fee.
